The printable versions of my materials do not display correctly

If you are having difficulty accessing the printable versions of your materials, please ensure that you have the latest version of the Adobe reader installed.

Please note that using 3rd party software to access our printable materials is not supported and whilst other programs may work, we do not recommend or support their use.

Commonly installed but incompatible programs are listed below:

PDF Complete
Foxit reader

If you have any of the above installed or suspect that you are not running the official reader, please uninstall your current PDF viewer and install the latest release from Adobe.
